EventHQ sends out automated and personalised confirmation emails at each step of the booking process so you dont have to. Each automatic email is fully customisable by you. You can stay in touch with attendees both before, during and after your event with mailing lists that can be restricted to groups of attendees. Want to send a reminder email to attendees who have paid a deposit but still owe money? No problem, the email can be written and sent in a matter of minutes!

Better yet, EventHQ stores all emails sent so you can quickly and easily check the contents of an email and resend it if necessary.
