Case study

RegenSW was spending between £10 and £12 per registration on temporary staff and stationary to perform paper based event registration.

Since starting using EventHQ in January 2007, RegenSW has reduced event administration costs to less than £2 per registration. RegenSW staff now enjoy event administration and can spend more time and money on delivering their core mission.

Our background

We started doing event registration on behalf of scientific societies in 2006. Frustrated by the lack of good quality registration software that didnt have an enterprise level price-tag, we decided to build own own.

In January 2007 we opened EventHQ for business, launched version 2 in August 2007 and version 3 in May 2008. In that time, EventHQ has processed over £250,000 of paid registrations.
